Mooringbnb Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation

A Guest may cancel a booking up to 7 days before the start date without any charges. If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund minus the Stripe transaction fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the start date.

Host Cancellation

A Host cannot cancel a booking once it is confirmed. If, for some unforeseen reason, the mooring is unavailable, the host must contact Mooringbnb immediately via email at info@Mooringbnb.nz. The guest will receive a full refund for the booking.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed back to the account used for the original booking. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.
