Mooringbnb Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation

A Guest may cancel a booking more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival and receive a full refund of the price less the Mooringbnb service fee. In order to receive a refund cancelation of the booking must be completed via Mooringbnb's booking page. A guest that cancels a booking within 48 hours of the date of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Host Cancellation

A Host cannot cancel a booking once it is confirmed. If for some unforeseen reason the mooring is unavailable the host must make contact with Mooringbnb immediately via email info@Mooringbnb.nz and the guest will receive a full refund of the booking and the host will be charged the Mooringbnb service fee.

Refund process

Refunds are processed back into the account used for the original booking. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.

Mooringbnb service fees

Mooringbnb charges a transaction fee through our payment facilitator Stripe. This is 3.9% of the total charge and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
